2. All items that are returned should be in unused condition and items should not be broken etc.

(b) Items of linen

(d) Other items that are not covered by return policy will have following line mentioned in the product description - "No Returns or Exchanges"

(e) Sale Items and discounted items are not covered in Returns and Exchange Policy
